Ohay fellows :)
I'm decided to go and shave my head. Tomorrow after classes, I'll go to the barbershop, and ask for a completely headshave ( I need to do it there for like one time, so I can get some tricks, so then I'll do it by myself).
The question is: What should I use for the after-shave?
I mean, I want it to shine, and so on.
Give me a hint of a product what I'm supposed to use after shave, or, It is natural to just shave and wash your head only?

Okay fellas. I've decided to go and shave my head. Tomorrow after class, I'll go to the barber shop, and ask for a total head shave (I need to have it done there one time, so I learn some tricks, then I'll do it by myself).

its hokey cokey :) You said you wanted to improve your English :)
By the way, 'going to the barbershop to get some tricks' has a double meaning in English ;)

thanks.
and, any advice for me, of what I'm suppose to use after I shave my head?
for example, what do you use?
Is that ok if I use nothing?

Witch Hazel and then some Aloe Vera and you'll be good to go.
-
Use a moisturizer with sunscreen. Enjoy the experience. ;D

I've just shaved my head today for the first time. it feels/looks awesome.
I will come up with pics soon.
the barber told me I could use some Nivea after shaving cream or so, but he also told me it's ok if I will use nothing. He hadn't creamed me with something after the shave.
If you have doubts about first shave, listen to me:
Use the barbershop once, then feel free to shave by yourself one day after.
Next step: shave by myself :)

There are many products on the market that'll shine up that dome of yours, but sometimes something as simple as a moisturizing body/bath wash will get the job done nicely. Witch Hazel is also an excellent product that will BOTH protect and give you the shine you desire. If you work outside for long periods of time in the blazing sun, and you choose NOT to wear a hat, get the HIGHEST SPF sunscreen you can find. Trust me, nothing hurts more than a sunburned dome.
OUCH!!

Thanks for the advice.
I'll use something to make it shine, and also something to protect it during the summer time.

Well, I think it suits you :) I tend to think a bald head looks better on a man over 35 years old or so, but it does suit you.

Well done, very nice!

Thanks for posting the pics Paul. Your head is perfect, you are one good looking bald guy. How long did it take your barber to shave your head smooth? I agree with using a beanie to keep your head warm in the winter. Try using a mild liniment oil after shaving smooth, the sensation i awesome. Best regards. O0

1: Thanks
2: It took him like 15 mins, but he was a pro, and he did it twice :)
And I'll try out some oils or so asap :)

15 minutes is quite fast. My barber takes 45min to 1hour to make my head completely smooth, he uses a straight razor.

:)
I'll go in a few mins to shave my head.
I'll do it easily, since it's for the first time.
wish me luck :)

About Winter time... you'll feel some cold, but that's not caused by your scalp. Extremities (like nose and ears) are more sentitive to cold. So, simply protect your ears and you'll feel warmer.

I'm wearing a beanin as I'm talking to you.
I'll do it all the time, thanks :)
