...either for email or messenger?
I havent been able to access Yahoo email since yesterday morning, and I can get into messenger, but every time I click on someone's name to say hi, nothing happens...and I've rebooted my computer over and over.

Nope, but although I don't know if it's related Blackberry's are down in the States now along with a lot of other places. Life without BB, it's strange!

I only have one account :(
it's free to make thousands of accounts.
yahoo.com, sign up, and feel free to create a "test" one
:)
I changed like 30 e-mails in the past 4 years.

mine was ok yesterday...did you pay your bill in september?

:o Bill? :o
Yahoo was ok again for about 10 minutes, but now I cant get into it again. I've emailed them three times, and they replied twice, to say that there's nothing wrong with my account, but there must be because I cant access Yahoo mail or messenger on my computer or laptops or phone or iPad, so there must be a problem at their end.

just checked an old yahoo mailbox of mine and it is operating really well.

I had a situation a couple of months ago with my Yahoo mail account. A friend of mine e-mailed me and asked why I sent him an ad for a sex lube. I wrote back and told him that I did not send him such an e-mail. I looked in yahoo, he was in my Yahoo contacts, and there was no record of any such e-mail being sent from my account. I also have a google account which was also listed in my Yahoo contacts. Sure enough I even received one of the ads from my Yahoo account.
Was that confusing? It was for me, too. Anyway, I ended up deleting my Yahoo mail account.
Then, over the last couple of weeks I was receiving links from a friend of mine via his Yahoo account. I have a policy of not opening links that I receive via email. I wrote him a message asking if he had been sending links and he replied that he had not.
I wonder if Yahoo has been infected with something.
