I may be behind on this topic, but I went to Wal-Mart this week and was thinking about trying my M5 again. So I needed some new blades. And saw that they weren't carrying it anymore.
Is it this way everywhere? Does anyone know where you can still get M5 blades?

hey rick: walmart does not carry the M5 razors for about almost a year here in florida. however U can still purchase it @ your local CVS stores or dollar general stores. U can also go 2 their website: www.personna.com.

Thanks Mel. I guess I am a little behind. I hadn't used mine in over a year. (obviously) :D

I was just in my local Rite Aid and they have plenty of them.

I find them at a number of stores here in Texas. CVS, Walgreens - drug stores. food markets carry them also, Randalls (Safeway) and HEB the largest chain in Texas. At the latter a cartridge cost $5.88. Costco also carry them now in quantity. Since being introduced to them here I prefer them over what I had been using - and cheaper

Sly,
I found mine on amazon.com. I did not realize all the other stores carried them. I think I got them on special at a good price.

They went bankrupt or something. Although I still have some blades I found Schick Hydro 5 and it's my tool of choice now. Best yet.

The M5 goes from Birmingham to Devon.
Just thought you'd like to know :)

They did not go bankrupt. You can still buy them directly from the parent company.... Personna. They are also re-badged under slightly different names for different retail outlets.
I still say that Giollette and Shick ran them out of WalMart; therefore I buy absolutely ZERO shaving supplies from WalMart for their complicity in helping stifle the free mnarket.

Just checked the Dollar General website. Saw refills that looked identical for $3.50. Think I'm gonna make a trip to Dollar General.
