Looks like Jason Alexander is experimenting with hair systems. It is not the worst look for him. But since he did lose 30 pounds according to this story, I think the Sly look would have totally complimented that! Here's the link:

wow... i just don't get it. :/O i'm just very thankful that i have embraced my smoooooth dome. O:O

He's still a putz. No hair system is going to help! :(
He actually looks more blah than he did with the horseshoe. At least it was his trademark look, awful as it was.

Some guys just don't get it.

Once I saw "Pretty Woman" I couldn't stand him

I am a big fan of Seinfeld. But waz up with the hair George?
No soup for you!

Lol, I agree. Next!
I really don't care for the route he's taking, but I don't think it looks horrible, especially with the weight loss.
That said, I think he would look even better shaved now.
At least he's being honest and forthcoming with the process.
-
Yup, unlike his roll as George, he is being honest. And he really doesn't have to, I mean who would notice...?
-
This could mark a turning point in the popularity of sly. If he gets a system and keeps it, other actors will want one too. In a few years the general population will be back to hair systems, if he really starts a trend in that direction by keeping a system on his head from now on. People will be thinking if it helped Jaxon Alexander it can help me too. We heard it here first.
-
You really see Jason Alexander as a big trend setter? ???
-
Somebody ought to offer him the wisdom of Earl K. Long, Governor of Louisiana, who, when someone suggested he ought to wear a type of clothing rather than his own style, remarked that it would "look like socks on a rooster."

Was that Blaze Starr's boyfriend.?

Move to the head of the class in Louisiana history!
And who was the governor who said he wanted to be buried in his home state so he could remain involved in politics?
-
I think of him and his corruption every time I drive on a rough, pot holed road in, LA....

Yeah you right, but sadly before the Long's those pot holed hard topped roads were just dirt & gravel! :(
-
Yup, that rhetoric is how he sold his, "honesty" to the masses, ain't it?

Well political chicanery wasn't invented by Huey or Earl, but unlike the numerous gubanatorial practioners of that art in other states at least they, and most of our governors, have given us some entertainment value for the dollars--and most states can't say that. As Gov. Richard Leche (who went to jail) said, "I took the oath of office, not a vow of poverty!" ;D Or the great line of Edwin Edwards, recently released from a 10 year federal sentence, said during his campaign for governor against David Duke, former Ku Klux Klan leader, "The only way I could lose this election is to be found in bed with a dead woman or a live boy!" ;D Yup, we get some entertainment value.
-
Yes indeed, they had some memorable quotes and y'all got chuckles for your buck. O0
-
Wow....interesting rabbit trail. From Jason Alexander to Louisana politics! :*))
As for Jason Alexander being a trendsetter???.....NO! :o
-
It all ties together, or does it, humm? I agree Jason isn't the trend setter. But who would be the perfect trend setter for head shaving?[/u]
???
-
well... if jason alexander does happen 2 B a trend setter on hair systems; i guarantee U one thing that i will still B embracing my chrome dome. O:O

I've never heard of Jason Alexander, and I cant access the video in the link ("this content is currently unavailable) but I googled him and he looks ok to me, as far as hair/no hair goes. Everyone has to do what makes them happiest... if a piece of carpet on his noggin makes him feel more comfortable, so be it.
Ugly little guy though. He looks like a boiled potato with ears.
-
FYI...he co-stared in a long running TV comedy...a good actor and very funny guy. He was very insecure about his looks, ie. balding, short, chubby, etc. Excellent show and I became addicted and still am to the re-runs.
-
I just looked at his CV on Imdb. I now remember him from Pretty Woman, (I think he played a solicitor) but I dont think I've ever seen him in anything else. It looks like his most successful run was in 'Seinfelt' (?) but I've never seen it.
-
solicitor = attorney
-
I'm pretty sure the comedy ran for 9 years...it was set in NYC and kind of sophisticated for it's time (for the US)...they talked about, diaphragms, condoms, the sponge, boob jobs, faking orgasms and they all were very self centered and wanted to get screwed at any cost....it's reality!

You can't access it on an iphone. It runs on the flash player. Try a PC.

Earl Grey and bisquits mate.

I suspect Jason Alexander is about to come out with his own line of hair systems. Lots of guys in the USA like this guy. This is how it starts, a celebrity openly sports a system, appears to have it be the catalyst for solving all his insecurity problems, then starts to sell them so we can all have the same fantastic results. The headshaving trend has just met its end if this guy has his way. Maybe my friend with the hair system all these years was right afterall. SlyHairSystemGuys.com ?

I'd have thought not looking like a potato with ears would have been a bigger confidence boost, but I guess he'd need a total face transplant for that.
I really really really really REALLY wish I could understand what it is that so many men see in hair. I mean, this is dead protein doing everything it can to leave the body. Its a waste product. It doesnt (IMO) enhance a man's looks or his appearance, so I just wish I could understand why, for so many men, its such a major deal to have hair, vs. not having hair.
So many people have tried to explain it to me, but I still cant quite grasp the whole 'oh my god I'm losing my hair' thing. This isnt a criticism, its just me not being able to grasp it!

Cant say I blame them :o

It is stupid when you think about it.

I feel bad for the guys who are suffering, and who cant see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I just dont get it. I can sympathize, but I cant comprehend. Im not sure what a Red Cent is, but whatever it is, I wouldnt spend one on a wig (or other 'cure') either.
The highlight of my day is getting rid of what hair on my head has grown since the last time I got rid of it :o
-
I agree...a fun part of the day is shaving my head. I remember back in the Marines when the sides of my head felt a little fuzzy, I really felt compelled to get a fresh haircut. These folks like Jason have bought in to what (they think) society approves or demands of them, hair. We sly guys are just daring to be different and also feel good in our own skin. (btw, the US penny/cent is copper[ish] and when shinned it's kinda red)

Thanks :)
And I'm the same. As soon as I feel some roughness, I cant wait to get that blade on my head.
Even worse, when I have nothing to do in the evening (and where I live, there's rarely anything to do), my big form of entertainment is shaving my head. Sad but true. Weird but true. Scary but true!
I feel so much better and more 'alive' than when I have sandpaper head.
And I'm sorry, but anyone who says 'now now, you shouldnt go over the same area more than once because you'll get bumps', well I'm sorry, I go over mine so many times its not even funny, because my head needs to be S-M-O-O-T-H like a baby's ass :D
And I never get bumps. i might slice my ear off once in a while, but I never get bumps or rashes etc.
-
I know whatcha mean...and I'm very careful of my nose, now.
-
:D
Its my eyes I have to be careful of. My facial hair grows quite high up my face, almost to my eyeballs, so when I shave my face, I have to go quite slowly.
-
I'm sure y'all are wondering what's the latest on our pal, Jason Alexander...I ran across this yesterday...enjoy!

he has a new model, more hair and some curls. it almost looks real...
-
After filming a few hilarious Seinfeld episodes about the ridiculousness of toupees and hair systems, I'm surprised he could do this and take it seriously... IMO, it doesn't look horrible, but it doesn't look great, either. Different strokes...

We just happened to catch a Seinfeld episode last night and in it he was very bald. He needs to visit us for advice.
