Dude, I'm with Schro on all these pics you keep finding...I think I'm just going to save my money on the horror movies, get a bag of popcorn and some milk duds, kick back, and just check out these pics.  C*$n  Damn!!!  This looks rough to say the least.   !*u%e  I may have to start drinking heavily again if I'm going to be able to handle these.   dr!#k

It looks like someone cut open his skull and did a bad job sewing it back up.  Lance is right.  You could just set up a PowerPoint slide show, turn down the lights, get your popcorn, and start screaming.  It's too bad these companies don't believe in 'truth in advertising.'

But I think I know what it is, its a guy who has had his scalp reduced so that his balding looks less!!!!
