I'll take that as a joke because I know a man of your intelligence doesnt expect every person on the planet to do and like the same things as everyone else. Nice to know others think I'm weird though. Makes me feel very welcome.

I think you're intelligent because I've read many of your posts, so its 'know' rather than 'think', but I cant really apologize for liking what I like and disliking what I dont, and I cant pretend to know about things I dont know about. I'm a bit of a cultural bastard, in so far as I dont really fit well into the UK (a place I've lived for many years) or into the US, which is a place I only visit once or twice a year, in spite of being a passport-carrying Yank :D I'm nearly 50 years old but I'm still trying to find my home.
So I'm sure I can come across as a little odd/strange/etc, but unless I go down the route of pretending to always know what you guys are talking about (which wouldnt be fair on anyone), I can only be myself.
IMO, ice cream sucks, and churches dont interest me. What can I say?
Now if you want to talk about Colleen Nolan's breasts or Neeps and Tatties, then I'm your man :D And when/if you reply to tell me you have no idea who Colleen is or what Neeps and Tatties are, I promise not to make fun of you.

Making fun of you we're not, and no I didn't know who Ms Nolan was or anything at all about her breasts--but with Google, I have seen her and you can't miss them. She brings to mind an old Southern expression comes --"It's got to be jelly 'cause jam don't shake like that!" ;)
