Hello everyone. As you can see on the picture my forehead is quite high and for past few days i'm thinking about going sly. Problem is that i look quite young and i don't know will it suit me or maybe i will look weird. I know that the best way is to try it but i'm still not sure. Maybe a few words for encourage or better leave my hair as they are? The best answer I've seen posted here recently concerning the "right time" to try sly is the following excerpt. If it fits, try it.
The right time is when you obsess about it so much that it detracts from the more important things in life.
Your question then is whether this is detracting from your life, if so--get a blade and do the deed. Try it 30 days. Good luck.

Something that may help with some of the stress of this decision is to remember that this is only a haircut, nothing more, and it will grow back. This is not on the same level as if you were an Orthodox Jew converting to Catholicism. It's just a haircut.

Thanks! I'm feeling much better now:) If you're still waiting, go for it. After shaving and going out i felt great. Shaving hair is a great self confidence booster. Now i've to catch a tan on my head and i'm going sly:)

keep it like that bro ...for my own short experience people start to like it and never told me something like ,,hair today gone tomorow or y losing your hair,,they start to treat me with more respect now let me tell something nice..me i am working as a chef when i finished my work ussually i just go in a bar and have a drink ..and i see so many ladys( single or with their balding partners ) how they looked at my shaved head and see them that feeling makes me to smile and feel really good( :/O or helped by beer ;D) and yes that really attract women been different, confident ,strong and happy in your own skin ...and is true some of them dont find you maybe a nice guy, sweet, but do you think with your thining hair there is more chance ?

Wow i didn't expect so many good words, really thanks. But still no sun outside, so i have to wait with going sly:) It's sad cause i can't wait! I know that a lot of people said that, but i regret that i haven't done this years ago. I've never felt so great and confident. Wind and rain on my head feels good. I can't wait to lose all my hair, i don't need them:) By the way, great people are here in the club, really. I've read how good it feels after shaving your head, but i didn't believe. After shaving i want to say one thing, reading about shaving your head is like reading about sex. You really don't know what is it all about untill you try it. 26 six years of my life i always thought what other people think about me, now i don't give a damn.

Dude, I'm a straight married male but DAMN your sly looks SO good, 150% better than with hair, wish to hell mine looked that good, I'm jealous, STAY SLY, you'll get use to it. (speaking out my arse since I am so new to it too).

Maybe I missed something but why do you have to wait for the sun to shine before you shave your dome.

I don't have to I want to:) I didn't want have white skin on my head. I thought that with short hair sun would tan my head. But i'm not waiting anymore:)

You're rocking the sly bro. Keep it that way for 30 days. You don't like it, you can grow the fuzz back. I wouldn't.

Just goes to show, hair or no hair, you are still just as good looking if not better!
The only people who say that hair matters is the media, and why do they do that? Because they are trying to sell products to make $$$.
