I know most guys on here shave in the shower and up until today I've been a sink shaver. But today I decided to shave in the shower and WOW! It took me a lot less time to shave, I guess because of the steam in the shower keeping my pores open. I got a lot smoother shave and stayed smoother longer also. So, here is my updated routine:
1. Wash with HeadShed
2. Lather up with Headslick
3. Against the grain, first the front, then the sides and back.
4. Lather up again and shave against the grain, first the back, then the front and sides.
5. Lather up again and hit all the spots at weird angles around the back of my head and around my crown.
6. Rinse with warm water.
7. Rinse with cold water.
8. Pat dry, shave face, apply Headlube Glossy to my head and Bald Guyz lotion to my face and a very little bit on my head.
For the guys that haven't tried the shower shave yet... YOU HAVE TO TRY IT! I did it by touch and it wasn't near as hard as I thought it would be!

Nice bro! I tried the Sensor Excel blades and I do find them to be a very close rival to the Atra blades. A couple more shaves should help me determine their exact ranking.

yup tom..we definetly use alot more water by showering but compared to electricity its a bargin lol

The extra water I use is worth the cost of not hearing my wife complain about water and shaving cream all around the sink. :Xo!
Oh, and the better shave.

It also makes it easier to rinse the blades for a better shave.

Shave in the shower... definitely! O0 As far as the water goes, I have a water saver switch that I turn on to rinse and off to shave. Now I can live relatively guilt free while getting a shower shave. BTW, I use a wall-mounted mirror to assist.
