holy crap guys, about 4x closer shave than i have gotten before, with less irritation. looks like i found my morning routine...  8)

I've shaved in the shower a few times, but I just couldn't deal with not being able to see myself. Do you have a little mirror in there or do you just shave by feel? I usually just do it in the sink back/forth forth/back up on the sides, takes me like roughly 7 minutes. My mom hates it because I get ready so fast compared to her.  :*))

yeah, it is pretty rough not being able to see, I am going to go out and get a shaving mirror :) I found it was easier to do the back by feel in the shower where the tender spots (nape and that nobby bit of bone) are softened up by the hot water, then finish in front of the mirror for the front and the sides. It is pretty much the opposite of what I would do in front of the mirror, but my head is like GLASS! I love it  :@`

Hi guys,

I do both, it depends on how early I have to get up in the morning.

But I do get a closer shave in the shower.
I do the Front with a little mirror in the shower and the back by feel.

IMO NOTHING beats a shower shave.   Head to Bed Bath and Beyond or similar and get yourself an inexspensive fog free shower mirror - don't buy a fancy one, just one of cheapies since they all seem to fail after gettign some soap, lather, etc on them.  (what goes is the fog free aspect)   there are some that hang on the showerhead and some have suction cups to wall mount.  I use mine to get the front and sides, top and back are done strictly by feel.

You can get a mirror that hangs in the shower.  They are only $15.  Go for it!

I always shave in the shower, and have a little mirror.  It can be difficult to be sure I got the back shaved uniformly, but what I do so far is shave then wash my head and feel around and then re-apply the shaving gel and shave going in a different direction.

It's the only way I shave anymore, face and head both.  I lather up the noggin and face.  I keep leftover creme in my left hand.  Shave the face with a Schick Hydro 3.  Shave the noggin with a Headblade Sport first front to back, apply leftover creme, then shave back to front.  Rinse.  Touch up noggin with Hydro 3.  I'm a touch shaver at this point but still have the mirror in my shower.  I think I got mine at Target.

Nothing like the shower in the morning - - - -  If I shower and shave  to early I get a shadow about 4

My experience has been that shower shaving--I use the braille method--is fast and convenient, but for my noggin a sink shave stays smoother longer, and that is especially so if I've been to the gym or waited about an hour before peeling the peach.

I second that Whiskey, it's much simpler in the shower.
