Happened to stumble across this forum as I was surfing around. Looks like a really nice place so I decided to give it a shot.

I have been shaving my dome since the summer of 04.

It started as a lark. My wife (gf at the time) was buzzing her kid's for summer and I joked that she should do mine and I would shave it when I got home. She did and I did.

The next day I went by her place to show of my shiny head (it was a little on the blue side). She ran her hand over it and made an "Oooooooo"

It has been shaved ever since.

I first shaved my head in 1980 for several years, then kept it closely cropped until 2006 when I again went sly.  Welcome.
