Title: Hated my hair

 I stumbled upon this site while searching for tips on beard trimming, about a year ago. I had already decided to buzz my head, since I was so tired of my unmanageable, thinning hair. I have buzzed my head many times over the years, but it just never looked or felt right. I have thought about shaving my head before, but never got the guts to do it. I always thought it would be a lot of work, painful, and it would just grow back, anyway.
 After reading a lot of threads here, I decided it was worth a try. 30 day rule??? nope. 1 day was all it took, lol.   I was hooked, right from the first shave, and don't think I could ever go back. It's been about a year, now, and I have only gone 3 days max, without shaving. I love the way it feels, and am MUCH more comfortable.  :)

Thanks guys! Also, Head is my last name. Normally, I wouldn't use my real name on a forum, but having that name, and being a sly bald guy, it seemed appropriate :)

Thanks for all the welcomes! I'm thinking about going with a goatee this summer, but can't make up my mind. Just before going sly, my beard was very long, almost zz top long. I got tired of catching it on everything, and getting bugs caught in it, while on the motorcycle...especially bees, lol.  My girlfriend of 8 years prefers the goatee, but I get lots of compliments on the full beard, so it's kind of a hard decision for me.
