Hey Guys

I'm Dan and i'm 19 from the UK.

Just found this site and joined as i've been thinking about head shaving for a while. I like the look but don't know if i've got the balls to do it! i have about half an inch on hair on the back and sides and 2 inchs on top! Hopefully i will find all the advice i need here!

Hi Dan, welcome to the SGBs gang.
Go for it - give it a try. If you don't like the sly look it'll soon grow back again.

Dan, If you do decide to go for it you'll need to first cut your hair really short with clippers or scissors before using a razor. Lot's of helpful advice on the forum about head shaving. Look around - see what other members have done. There are some good "before" and "after" pictures in the gallery.

Hey!

Well guys, after looking at a lot of your posts and doing some thinking, i've taken the plunge and joined the sly gang!, i bought some clippers yesterday and took my hair down to number 0, then run the mach 3 over in the shower! I'm still getting used to the feel, but quite liking the look! I'll post some pictures of the new look in the near future!

I've now been sly for 30 days and loving it, i think its going to be a keeper. Had so many good comments and it looks much better than the mop before, thanks for the advice!!
