If you could have absolutely any car in the world, what would it be? Money is no object, and it could be anything.
-
I guess it would be a close tie between a Ferrari (that coupe model, don't remember how it's called, GT something) in red or grey, or a Bentley Continental coupe in black or silver.
These are both very VERY expensive cars and I'd probably wouldn't buy them even if I had that kind of money...
But a boy can dream...
-
Gulfstream 5....LOL who needs a car when you can have a killer jet!
But, if I needed a car to get to my jet I would buy either an Aston Martin Vanquish (Black) , Rolls Royce Phantom (White), or a Ferrari F460 Spider (Yellow).
I'll admit, I often take a stroll down the street to my local exotic car dealership (http://www.siliconvalleyautogroup.com).
It's good to dream, especially if you strive to follow them.

A pure White H3, decked out beyond all belief, with a sweet Himalayan/Yeti mural airsprayed on each side! hehehe

Oh yeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh...daddy liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike

New Mustang Shelby (woo hoo!) with a Mini Cooper S being a close 2nd.
-
The Mini is not a bad little car, as long as you don't want to carry more than 2 people. I was bored one day and logged onto their website. I built my own Cooper-S and by the time it was all said and done, I could have bought two plain S model Coopers for the price of the single one I built. I put almost every option on that bad boy. :o ;D
-
Yup, the Mini Cooper is on the small side, but I tend to like small cars. And I'm single and mostly travel alone, so the limited space isn't a big deal. I did test drive one and although they are small on the outside, they are fairly roomy on the inside. Of course, the topic of this post said that price was no object so you bet, I'd load up on every option available (except for automatic transmission - gotta have a standard trans!). Also, American vehicles just keep getting bigger and bigger guzzling more and more gasoline. If Americans ever want their independence from oil bearing countries, they should focus more on energy conservation and not on bigger is better bragging rights. Heck, even BMW is increasing the size of the Mini. If that trend continues, eventually they'll have to re-name the car the Maxi Cooper. :)
-
I will say in a sedan I will buy a BMW M5, on the coupe side I'm with Tyler with an Aston Martin Vanquish. There is something so bold about the Aston... goes with the bald look!!!
and when I exit the Aston and in the 007 style I'll say:
"My head is bald, sexy bald"
Grin

That's awesome Carlos!!! I dig the M5 in a big way. I would love to have one for my everyday car.
-
Cool Tyler, we also need an SUV for the bad weather so I'll take a Range Rover too!!!
-
1971 Dodge Challenger Convertable, with the 426 hemi in it.
-
Well, I like small cars, too. The Mini is definitely a great car. And it's true - it's quite roomy on the inside. I'm a big guy (6 feet 5) and I don't fit into most cars. But there was a Mini (the old pre BMW model) I sat in once...and boy, was it roomy! It was very comfortable, even for me!
But all this talk about cars should be off-limits for me as I don't even have a driver's license... :(
However, in real-life I'd probably choose the new Renault Clio, a Ford Focus or the new Honda Civic.

-
There's a 69 charger not far from where I live, older guy drives it daily, original green paint. I'll bet he's been offered plenty for it from all the gear heads in town.
-
I have to remember that. I think it would be sweet to start from square one and work toward the finish product. I am bit away from been able to afford it though.

I just drove from Montana back to Cali after my hunting trip. My future brother-in-law and I agreed that the only orange car we'd ever buy was the General Lee.

Jessica Simpson or Catherine Bach?
-
Jessica Simpson or Catherine Bach?
Both is the best answer, but either works as well.
-
I Think my choice would be a 63 vette coupe or a new Z06 corvette. Something about those cars say "Get Back" But if money was no object I would build a building with 7 doors on it each with the day of the week on each door. The back side woud just be for the toys. But lets be real. The lottery numbers have not been with me and My job will not have it. he/he.
I drive a 05 GMC Pick-up truck. Modified a bit. Looks sharp and drives nice. (fast but not sport car fast, It's a truck) What do yall drive?
-
im also driving a GMC as well, a 1996 Jimmy SLE...i got it 3 years ago and it has 124,000 miles on it now....they are pretty good trucks...for my next car, i would love to get a 2001-2002ish Pontiac Grand Prix GTP :@` i love that S/C whine and that fact that most people dont seem to realize how fast they are, and that the 3800 is a simple and cheap motor to modify >:D
-
I would have to go for the shelby mustang with 20 in rims all done up.
-
If you could have absolutely any car in the world, what would it be? Money is no object, and it could be anything.
I want a Porsche Gembella Mirage GT but in black!!!!!!!
(I don't care that I can't drive, I still want one!)

that car is a wet dream!! :@`

My favorite car is one that's paid for....guess I'm getting practical in my old years. Plus our Acura 3.0CL and the Toyota 4Runner V6 are both holding up admirably.
But, I am much more of a sedan guy than a sports car enthusiast (need a trunk to hold golf clubs & beer). A car I love is the Mercedes 300CE. It was made in the early 90s. Simple, clean and elegant. Saw one in completely mint condition last week. Very nice. As long as it isn't all tricked up, it's very nice. Here's a pic of the convertible version.
-
1967 GTO, I have been in love with them since high school.

I think my ultimate car would have to be the Aston Martin DBS

An affordable one that I like at the moment is

Compared to my current car-a Ford Focus
-
I have to agree, the AM DBS is a sweet ride! I see a couple of them cruising around my area and I drool every time. `dr**l
-
I'd settle for Boxster (black of course).
Kind of cool reading this old post - 13 months later I bought a Boxster [albeit used and not black].
-
i'd go with the DeLorean made by Doc Brown
Oh real car?
Any hybrid. Gas is crazy.
-
One that gets 65 mpg....that would be a what?? Pink Scooter?
-
Lingenfelter Vette. The one that does 0-60 in 1.9 seconds!!!

My dream car is the Mustang. Got a 1998 in 98 and with 187K miles on her now and never not ONCE had her in for any major repairs. Is the ultimate dream car. Now if I had no cares about gas mileage and was beyond rich, I would want the 2009 Dodge CHALLENGER!
But I do ok right now with my 05 Focus and 03 Bonneville SLE too 8) All 3 Paid for... Doesn't get any better. For now.

I would just like to have one of those cars that had a gps system built in. Cant ever seem to afford one right now....but I think I might be able to afford this one...

I would have to say a 1964 Ford Mustang. In mint condition of course.

I'm confused, why do you wanna tow cats around? j/k
-
*Ties a towel around my neck to catch the drool* Anything...Money no option - EASY one for me:
1970 Hemi Barracuda - all original, of course.
Running in 2nd place would be a 1958 Corvette with removable hardtop/ fold up rag top.
-
The new dodge Challenger SRT8 with some minor tweaking.

Do I have to go with 4 wheels?
If so, Aston Martin would be right up there. Any of the DB9 generation as performance isn't really a major problem with the baby version.
