Title: Great cleaning/waxing product......
Post by: Mikekoz13 on September 16, 2010, 03:20:21 AM
I bought and used a new cleaning/waxing product on my Bike yesterday. The product is called "Protect All".
I'm always a little skeptical of these all in one type products so I used it on the rear fender area that is normally under my seat just to try it out.
That portion of the fender is usually dusty when removing the seat and I did NOT wash it before using this product in that area. The result??? Outstanding!!

So I used Turtle Wax "Black Box" on the Bike first and then went over all painted surfaces using the Protect All. Great results. Then I used it on all of the chrome....again great results. This is a great product in my opinion. Check out the website here:

Many WalMarts carry it in the RV section... I purchased it at a local Wally World for about $9.

I'm actually going to order a couple of their other products next week. I'll also be putting it to the test on one of the cars next week.

I get a great shine in the morning just after I shave the dome . I have had many comments about the shine  -guys have asked what I use and I have a great story

I tell people  that I use Johnsons furniture wax and buff my dome with a flannel cloth until it gets warm

I really use cold water on the dome after shaving and it gives me a great shine

Love the shine and still love my SLICK MELON

When I first read this heading in the forum list, I thought it was about cleaning and waxing the scalp!!(https://www.slybaldguys.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi438.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fqq110%2FSpeedo_Ghost%2FSmiley%2FGrin.gif&hash=63faad09d6537a22e2c107284aa596618d9cbb13)

...But it does sound like a great product...

Enjoy your bike hike, Mike!!
