OK I thought this was funny. Everyone I work with has never seen me with hair. Most of my friends at work are friends with my wife on Facebook. The other day she posted a picture of us on our wedding day as her profile picture. Everyone went nuts. It was the only topic of conversation we had at lunch that day! So here is a picture of back in the day with a full mane and a current pictures. Post up yours and lets see the difference!

I've posted my 'before' pic a few times elsewhere. Unfortunately its a little small, but here it is again for those who've never seen it. This was taken about a year before I went SLY, when I was around 34... 8)

This is about a year and a half ago. Wierd thing is I was never the most confident guy even when I had hair and it seemed that I gained confidence out of nowhere by losing it and shaving. They say its all part of gods greater plan and I feel I was showed thru this by bringin me to "despair" and back that I can do anything now. It's unbelivble and I love every moment of it. :)

Here I am with the dead squirrel glued on my head. I've been getting pressured lately to go back to that look. I'm holding strong to the sly side. I have no interest in dealing with the mess, fuss, and expense of having to glue hair on my head.

You do look better without the hair but it's amazing how different you look. It's almost like looking at a different person.

Razor, I think it's partly because the old picture was taken by a professional photographer who added his magic into it, so it's a little bit artistic. I can also see how uncomfortable I have been in the photo studio.

This was me bout 12 months ago. I was known for having the crazy hair, I looked better with hair but i look way better bald then with receding/thin hair.

Well, I know I have posted this before. This was taken about 2001. I had already been sly at this point but took a short break from it. In addition to the balding front, you don't see the thinning backside. About this time, a co-worker mentioned that I was balding in the back, which I had not known at that time. So that cemented my decision to keep the sly look as my primary look.

:/O Who in God's Green Earth would do that, your former fur vendor? Certainly no one who has your best interests at heart. Stay Sly, get strict w/ them :x!. Maybe have them wear one for a couple of months--you supply the turf top--then see what they say. Better check out who you're hanging w/ too. That's sick.

I too just am amazed that anybody would want you to go back to wearing the 'dead squirrel'. you look great SLY, and there's no justification for goin back! O0

Yeah, I came across one of myself the other day that was taken 10 years ago. The hairline was very receded and I can't believe that I went around looking like that for another three years after that. I was aware that it was going, but I thought it still looked OK and I didn't need to shave it yet. :/O

It's hard to believe I didn't think this needed to be shaved yet. There was no SBG forum in those days. I did know I was going to shave my head eventually but thought it was still quite a few years off. Looking back, I really wish someone had told me it was time to shave:
