Welcome to the site!  You definately have a great shaped head to pull it off.  Anyway, I would encourage you to try shaving in the shower.  It might make you head less sore!

THe board turned me o to the nutregena post shave balm which I like a lot! I also think some of that is because you jsut started and that your head adapts...
