For all the money this guy has, no drug or plug treatment, no combover, nor blessed hair of the ancient egyptian pharaohs turned into a multi-million dollar wig has managed to keep him from looking ridiculous. Everything he has and is doing to try to hide his balding is a complete failure. He really should go sly, for all his attempts to be intimidating, I've never been able to take him seriously.

But it is kind of obvious why he's made the hat his trademark. Show it off! You're not fooling anyone...

Did anyone see when Sandra burned Russell's hat in the fire, so he couldn't hide his baldness? TV gold...

Are you sure that isn't a photoshopped picture? His head looks kind of pointy. There aren't many photos of him without a hat, but I don't remember his head being shaped like that in the photos that I did see.

Photoshopped or not, he looks old and beaten w/ even the heavy shadow compared to sly. But doesn't everyone?

Yeah, I'm agreeing with Saint, he looks withered and old in that pic, he must have a horrible blood profile to age like that and I wouldn't be surprised if he's a heavy drinker or his dietary habits are just horrific.

His skin tone suggests a smoker--skin shows the aging effects of smoking more than any other organ in the body, except the lungs.
