I'm blown away by this guy.  He's an Olympic gymnast in the UK who does "free-running" or "parkour".  We need to get him in the SBG Forums!

Captain Obvious (aka Doug) to the rescue, haha!  Not sure how I didn't notice that the first time watching it.  I feel like I just asked someone if they've seen my sunglasses, and they were on my head.
