Saw a guy this morning finished up as I got to the locker room. Slogan on the back of his t-shirt, "Pain is Weakness Leaving the Body!" Damn, he left before I got back from the scale--I really liked that one.

I do not get it .

I think that's a Jillian Michaels quote.

That sounds like a pretty cool shirt O0.
P.s Google it guys, there's quite a few knocking around the online shops in different designs

yeah, I've seen that slogan/adage/statement floating around for a while now. Usually associated with a gym. I think I saw a USMC shirt with it on the back. It's a simple and fairly all purpose message.
In one case It was painted on the wall in a tattoo/piercing studio (they used the longer form: "This physical pain is merely the sensation of weakness leaving my body, this pain shall pass and I will be stronger when it does").
It's a great sort of mantra really.

Words to live by!

A Marine Major I worked for used to say that.

When working out I always remember that quote, an old coach said it one day.

I'll have to remember that after my next workout.
