Is this a wind up? A shortage of rock? With all the problems in the world, a scientist is getting a knot in his underwear about us running out of rock in 500,000 years.  :/O

Well the first clue that it was not a serious article is that Aarrggh posted it  ;D  The Onion is a sight that makes fun of the US media and their tendency to make a mountain out of a mole hill.  O0
