Title: New to the board AND to being bald!!
Post by: Mikemc411 on April 14, 2010, 07:54:59 PM: From Western KY, got tired of being conscious of my balding head... My wife LOVES bald !!

So a few a weeks ago we trimmed my head with a #1 blade,
I found this site last night...

Spent some time reading the board today at work, read about the personna M5 razers, stopped on the way home and bought a razer....

The wife did my first shave tonight!!! My head was alot more sensitive than I thought it would be... and the hair tougher...

Make sure you apply the 30 day rule as well. So you mentioned that your head seems sensitive and hair seems tougher, you might want to invest in an exfoliator.....there's alot of good protocol's here so enjoy doing your own investigating and let us all know if you need help and advice.

It's good to hear your wife was supportive, and part of the first shave. Many of the fellas' here didn't have that, and it's one of the big hurdles we face as part of the decision.
