Title: Best place to buy products?
Post by: PhriendOfChrist on March 13, 2007, 06:26:26 PM
Baldonians,

I went to Meijer today and noticed that eight Gillette Fusion blades were $25.   ::Gulp::

That said, where do you feel is the best place to buy shaving products from?  (Either online or offline).

Thanks again,
Future Baldy

I completely feel your pain man, exact same issue for me. I just figured that I'd have to suck it up and pay the cost of the blades instead of the cost of a haircut.
But if anyone knows of a better way that could possible save a few noobies some dough that would be great!

Well, you can always try Costco or Sam's club (or similar)... They usually have 16 or 32 blade packs that run about $2 per blade.

Some of the other folks on here buy them on E-Bay, but I haven't tried that out yet...

If you're worried about the costs, a 4-pack of Fusion blades runs about $13... one fusion blade typically lasts about a week, so you'll get a month out of a 4-pack.  What's the normal haircut cost? (honestly, it's been so long, I don't remember)

use the headblade sport ($15) and you have more options on blades than the expensive fusion........my sensor double blades give me just as good of a shave as my fusion

Recommend the HeadBlade webpage.  If your Savy, you should be able to come out pretty good.   O:O
