Title: Going in for surgery tomorrow

And it's on the dome. It should be pretty routine, and minimal scarring. About a 2 hour surgery. Keep me in your thoughts and/or prayers, please.

I'm nervous about this for sure, but the doctors say it should be pretty easy and straightfoward.

Thanks. I should make a 100% recovery...but I'll be swollen for 2-4 weeks. Sucks...and I hope my head will be back no normal as soon as possible. Needless to say I'm a little worried. I'll update you when I can...I'll be on pain meds for a while after the surgery...

Thanks for the comments, prayers, and thoughts. So, today is the first time I shaved my head smooth with a razor. I used the same razor as I do on my face (Gilette Mach 3 Power). Damn, is it smooth! I was kind of shocked at first touch. You can see my hairline shadow still, but it's barely there. I like it...I think I'm going to do it more often! However, I was kind of careless and I cut my ear on accident. No pain...but it bled for a while. LOL

Anyways...I can't wait until I can get some sun (2 months or so?) on the head. I'm kind of pale.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. The doctors said the surgery went VERY well, and I'll be recovering this week. Scarring should be minimal. I'm on antibiotics and vicodin....so I feel a little out of it.

Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers until I'm fully headed. :) Doc says the recovery could take a while and that some swelling could last for a while as well. Hopefully I'll be back in the gym and living a normal life as soon as possible.

Great news, thanks for letting us know.

It's going to get better by the day, and once off that Vicodin your head will clear up--I couldn't even read a book on that stuff.
