I got my order in only a couple days. Plus they threw in some freebies and coupons as well. I did have a problem with my order, but their customer service took care of it immediately. I was a little confused though about getting the 20% off. If you use the banner or link from SBG, you don't have to put a coupon code in. It doesn't show the 20% off until the final confirmation page.
