Title: SBG Weight Loss challenge
Post by: Tyler on September 25, 2009, 11:25:01 AM
As we are approaching the later months of the year, I thought it would be a great idea for us to have a weight loss challenge so that we can hit 2010 fit and lean.  Who's interested?  I'd offer up some prizes, probably even cash to the winner.

I can be the "before" pic for anyone that really wants to show some success.

Cash doesn't matter if the goal is unattainable...I'm just afraid this may involve some WORK!   :-\

Perhaps. Now that the ridiculous hot spell has passed, I've started my walking program.

4.5 lbs in the first week!

BaldBear, I can relate to you on that!  But what about joining the challenge?

Anyway, I have posted here about my weight issues before.  I have such a difficult time with food.  It is truly a drug for me!  I am worried about my health.  I also have a friend one of my best sly friends who used to be 265 lbs.  For awhile he was 225 and is now 212.  We are the same height ad now I am getting jealous of him.  So how long is this challenge going to go on and what are the rules?

This is the impetus I need to help me get back to the weight I was a couple of years ago.

Let's do it!

I could always lose a couple pounds, definitely not as lean and mean as I use to be but I can still put up some weight on the squat rack, just waiting to get my screws taking out of my ankle and I'm good to go to start running, I'm aiming at 190 with some lean gains, I'm currently at 215.
