Apparently I was not blessed with the gift of normal facial because it grows in strange patches on my chin and neck area. only thing I can seem to grow is a soul patch.
I heard with people with my facial hair issue if you just wait a while that it all grows in even. Anyone know if thats true?

How old are you? and we need a photo.

When I was in my 20's, it just grew along the jawline and didn't meet up with the stache.
Obviously that's changed.
So yes, as one matures, the area of coverage tends to grow.

Mothen, you're 19, and for the next 5- 6years, at a minimum your beard will deveolp as a thicker part of your existance. Relax, shave your head, lose the weight, and live a full sly life/

was just wondering. I am 19 it seems to grow everywhere except right down the middle of my chin and neck, just looks a bit strange

You will probably develop more facial hair growth in the next few years, as well as other body hair. As far as your beard is concerned, it is truly a toss-up. I know guys who had very minimal facial hair in HS who now have full beards, but I also know a lot of middle-aged men who can't grow facial hair in certain areas (namely, the middle of the chin, upper cheeks, and the sides of the lips). It's just one of those things that can't be categorized easily.

ive been sticking with it for a while an letting it grow and it seems to finally be filling in down the middle. hooray for that. maybe i can commit to shaving soon since im running out of hair to lose

It's that weird happening.. as you get older it all starts appearing where you don't want it, and disappearing where you do. Nose, ear, chest and back all gain it, and the head looses it.
Solution.. be sly and pluck the rest ! :)

Don't worry... by the time you reach my age you'll be wondering why all the hair on your head is migrating to your ears, nose and back! :*))

You're still very young, and for many guys full beard development doesn't happen until the mid to late 20's, of course as time goes by not only does the beard density go up, hair will sprout from all over your body. Seems to me that it is particularly that way for guys w/ mpb. So, if you want some facial hair, face fungus, what have you, grow what you're comfortable w/ now, and as nature fills you out, you can go to other styles.
