Ming has but one, as is visible in the accompanying pic. As far I am concerned, that's about enough (good friends said, "Oh, you would look great with an earring." So I got one for my 60th birthday (five years back).
But who here is champion? Above the neck? Navel up? Naughty bits and up?
-
Just a simple earring in the left ear for me. None of the other areas you mention sound appealing.
-
both ears pierced here tho I never wear them anymore.
-
Both ears, 10 GA in the pic, but I've stretched to 6GA now. I'm intrigued about having some other piercings done.

I have both my ears pierced, I used to have my cartliege pierced in my left ear but I let it close
-
My idea of minimum piercing is none at all. ;D
-
i can wear up to 8 at a time
-
Used to have a 10g bent barbell in the left ear, but it got infected and I ended up letting it heal over.
-
00gauge septum, middle of my lip, ears use to be stretched to 00 as well, lots of other piercings I am definitely not going to mention here haha
-
Just one boring left ear piercing, though often wear two rings in it. Wouldnt mind having other ear pierced, and often thought about other places!! 8)
-
I had two ear rings in the left ear. One stud and one gold hoop... just like every other kid in high school in the late 80's/early 90's. Never had an interest in putting earings in again since joining the military. It's probably healed over anyways.

Not every kid. ;)

2 in the left ear, one in the right.
For years I had only one in the left but when I was working gangs/drugs in the mid 90s I got the other 2 done to kinda complete the look.
I have heard some absolute horror stories about "other" piercings, for example, The Prince Albert. Makes me shiver just typing the name.

I know a lot of guys with PA's -- they love them. I was even present once for "the deed" (never seen anyone jump from a supine position to the ceiling before).

I think an Ampalang would be easier to deal with.

Now that's one that I've not known anyone with.

IMO this whole thread needs to be moved to a less "public place', sorry guys, it just shouldn't be the first thing guys w/ hair issues should see.
It's Just my opinion.

Out of pure curiosity, what would you recommend be a more appropriate forum for the thread than "Tattoos and Piercings?"
-
Yeah, not getting your point saint. Anyone who doesn't want to read about piercings should know not to visit this area.
-
Thats what I thought too. So I walked back out the door and looked at the sign...sure enough..right there in big black letters with a white background....Tattoos and Piercings and it is even in English

yep, don't wanna talk about body modification, don't come into the "tattoos & Piercings" section. Granted this section isn't for everyone, but it IS pretty clearly labeled.
I myself am currently sporting 7/16" plugs in each earlobe and an 8g septum ring. I'm thinking of going up to 1/2" in each lobe.
I also have a few tattoos going, but that"s another thread....

My stretch from 8 to 6g and 6 to 4g were the worst. I remember a distinct popping sound.

and I thought it was just the fact that I started stretching after the age of 55. I just went from 6g to 4g. I was very, very careful. My ultimate goal is 0g, then I'll probably stop.

Well apparently just wearing fairly heavy jewelry has taken my lobes from 7/16" to a very comfy 1/2" all on it's own. Still debating whether to take the septum from 8 to 6.... but I'm feeling tempted lately.

For probably a good two weeks or so now I've been thinkin about getting my nipples pierced. Friend looked at me like I'm nuts and I jokingly said this must be my midlife crisis. She said no, probably the fact that you're almost divorced and starting over. That could be it too, I guess. I'm awfully tempted...
-
Go for it Nathan! I knew that eventually us piercing freaks would have an influence. ;)

Not a bad idea.
-
We'll see what I think in the next couple weeks. Couple of lady friends were getting industrials on Monday night and I almost went to the shop they were at.
-
I've got some 10 ga. captive ball rings that would be perfect for your first piercings. I wore 'em in my ear lobes about 10 stretches ago O:O

Good jewelry is expensive. Let me know if you decide to do the deed and you can have 'em.

As a matter of fact, did it this past Saturday. The guy who did it was a friend from high school. Jewelry and everything cost me $80 and I tipped him pretty fat since we're old friends. Hurts like a mother trucker, but I dig it. That's all that matters.
Thanks for the off though Red.
-
Keep those new piercings properly cleaned for the first six weeks. What kind of jewelry did you put in?
Not too much rough play for a while <wink> ^-^

Just regular CBR's about a 16 ga. Definitely no rough play. Hahahahaha.

How about posting up a photo of them? When you feel comfortable enough.
I'm sure we'd love to see them. I sure would
-
both ears, now at 4 mm (6 ga), and both nips, now at 2,4 mm (almost 10 ga).
Going to stretch the nips to 8 ga next April, and not going to stop there... let's see if I can reach our bald fellow Tat2guy nips size! really an inspiration to me.
Going to stretch earlobes too, but not that much, would not be appropriate with my prsent job, even without wearing the rings.
-
Hello Tat2Guy... am happy to see you here on Slybaldguys!
I remember you from the "Beard&Moustache page" few years ago... used to think how great would be to see you totally bald with that great beard, and now I find you too sly and proud on Slybaldguys"! O0
Didn't know you were into piercing and tattoo! I really wish to reach your nips size with time; already read you holeguy page carefully... looks like you went much faster than am going with the nips stretching, I waited nine months before going from 2 to 2,4 mm, and am waiting 4 more months before going to 3 mm that will be in April.
My piercer advised me that to reach really big sizes I should proced with much patience... looks like you had great success even going fast :)
-
Always for Tat2Guy, right from your page:
"I don't know about you, but I like the look of a
shiny bald head with stretched lobes, with or without big rings!"
I strongly agree!! O0

I have cubic zirconia (saving up for the diamonds, haha) in both ears. Seems like a lot of bald guys opt for piercings. Any ideas as to why that is?
