I think if you were looking at getting that you should just get the headblade. I think its much more easier to control with the back of it always touching your head.

Got one. But Dovo's are supposedly superior shaving instruments, so I was just thinking about it. And the fact that it is all steel, so it will never break or anything.... Just a thought.

I don't think you'd be impressed with it. The adapter that is used is the same as the headblade, but it doesn't fit snug, so there is a lot of play with the blade that I think could lead to many cuts.

Not that I am affiliated with the classic shaving site, but I have bought strops and other products for my straight razors before from them and I have always had great service. Yes, I periodically use my great grandfathers straight razor, but trust me. Nobody here wants me using that on their head. I need lots of practice before I even consider trying it on my head.
