Shaved it off for the first time today - found the advice to use baby oil in a post somewhere around here.

Baldness runs on my father's side with him, the grandfather, me and my brother all succumbing to MPB
in the early 20s. I've kept it short for 10 years (29 now) and honestly seem to be the only one in the
family keeping a somewhat realistic view on it: it just doesn't look good, no matter how you comb/hide it.

At the moment trying to convince the wife that it looks good (she abhors it). Thinks I look like a convict but
the kid loves to play cranial bongo and give compliments, so at least I'm not alone. :D

Anyway, great inspiration from all the profile pictures here. Hope to post my own when I get the camera working.

There's a fine line between love and hate. Given enough time your wife will have a hard time keeping her hands off the new aerodynamic you. O:O

Then I grew it out to about an inch and people started telling me I looked better sly; so back sly I went. If you get criticism just ignore it. Secretly they're just jealous they don't have the kahoona's to do it.
