Title: Can someone explain 'bumps'

I have read a few threads here that discuss 'bumps' and how to deal with them.
I'm not sure what exactly bumps look like and if I have them or not.
It is shaving rash? If anyone can give me some guidance that would be great.

they're like pimples ... but due to shaving...so more like some kind of razor burn..
