Sounds good to me. If you have something or somethings that are bothering you, and it is out of your control, you are asked to drop it.
Imagine the stress level that would be reduced if we all did that today.

I read this post while on the phone to my mother. She was annoying me, so I hung up without explanation in honor of National Drop It Day. I dropped her like a fly.

Interesting......usually TV news shows (especially national ones) include the topics of the day on their website.
It must be an oversight on ABC's part because we know Timmay would NEVER post anything that wasn't true. ::)

Whoa Whoa Whoa! If you all thought I was upset or something here...I think you may have thought wrong. I just now sorta realized that maybe Schro was being serious about looking it up and not finding any info on it. I did do a search for it myself after Schro brought it to my attention...and found nothing. All I know is what I heard. For that I apologize but I have no control over what they say on tv and what they put on the internet. For that, being I have no control over it, I will just drop it.

Settle down, kids. I didn't really hang up on my mama. I know better than to think there's a national holiday called "National Drop It Day." I was just playing along with Timmay. It made me laugh. ;D

being that national drop it day is over, I didnt post it as a joke, I really did hear it on the tv, and of course it isnt a "nationally recognized by the government" type of "holiday" I took it as one of those silly days such as "hug your hairdresser" day or Kiss your mailman day...you know those quirky days taht people come up with for every day of the year it seems like. If I had known it would have caused a debate, I wouldnt have posted it.
