Title: Trimming Hair in the Back of Your Head!
Post by: Wingz on February 16, 2013, 10:49:21 PM
How do you trim in the back and make it straight?  I've got one of those hand-held mirrors and I use clippers but I can never get truly straight as when someone else did it.  I've got to hold the mirror with one hand and try to get the clipper straight to go across the bottom of my hairline.  It never looks right.

I think this is the wrong forum to ask this question... the guys here aren't particularly disturbed with whether they've cut too far into their hairline or not.

The only two things I could think of in this situation is:

1. Get a medicine cabinet with folding mirrors (similar to a dressing room) OR
2. Mount your handheld mirror against the wall at an angle where you can see it from the other mirror.

???    As far as I know most of us don't have any hair on the back of our head.

The best thing to do is have NO HAIR on the back or anywhere on your head! When I shave that which I cannot see, I base everything on feeling -if it feels alright, go w/it; if it doesn't, find another way. If you still want some hair, use a Clipper (no guard) all over. That way there .can never be a mistake..
