Title: pimples a few hours after shaving

i shaved for the first time today, didn't cut myself, but a few hours afterwards i came up with a few pimples down the side near my ears and 1 or 2 at the back. they aren't red but you can see and feel them. I used some hydrocordisone cream on it. Is this normal to get pimples after a first shave? and when is it safe to shave again?

I would not call them pimples. Daughter says they look like bug bites.  I get them. They usually fade in an hour or so. I do use a head gloss cream from headblade.
