Welcome Heny2!

I quit electric razors and moved back to traditional blades because it is a closer shave.  But in my experience with electric, I get a better shave dry than wet.  But it is all up to hair type, density and thickness.  If the hairs are dry, they seem to go into the foil better for me.

I have a Norelco body groomer razor that is wet/dry.  I have found that I get a closer shave dry.  Not sure if this is the same type that you have.  And I can't speak to your particular model.
