Job Interview tomorrow during my lunch break at current job

Hello all, long time no talk!
Tomorrow (In NYC), I have a job interview with a really good company (a dot com company). I am taking the interview on my lunch break from my current job which really isn't as it was initially described to me.
Does anyone out there have any tips or tricks on nailing interviews? I think of myself as pretty decent at interviews, but I've had so few, so I was just curious if anyone had any insight. This job is in the sales sector, and though I've wanted to get out of sales, this seems like a very good opportunity. (If anyone knows of any other jobs out there in the NYC area, let me know, of course)
Also, related, but not an issue, I have a decent sized cut on my head from a snow removal fiasco over the weekend here in NY, show up with a bandage or just let the sore show and say it was from losing a knife fight with a monkey?
Any and all responses are welcomed!

Two big things: Maintain eye contact with the interviewer and be sure to thank them for their time at the end of the interview. If you maintain eye contact, I don't think they'll notice/care about the cut on your head. Good luck!
P.S. Unless the cut is still bleeding, I would NOT wear a bandage; it might attract unwanted attention. But if you must wear one, wear one that is just enough to cover the wound. (You could always say you underwent surgery if you need a good lie)

Be truthful....................no bullshit. Eye contact and answer questions directly without going ''off the rails''.

Agreed ... Eye contact, sincere and genuine. Tell about how you can benefit the company, ask questions about the interviewer or company to show your interest. Good manners - these days especially - will often put you above many other candidates.
Good luck ... glad to see you back here, was wondering what had happened to you.

Follow up the interview with thank you letters to each member of the panel. Also, make sure that each one is a little different.

I have always looked at job interviews as an opportunity for me to interview them as well. I ask questions about how they do things, what my responsibilities will be, and what they expect of me. I NEVER ask questions about benefits or perks...... those can be discussed at a later date if they have real interest.
Asking the correct questions lets them know that you are serious about seeking the job, have a real interest in what the job entails, and shows that you have a true sense of responsibility. Asking about benefits and perks can tend to make it look like that i sthe most important thing to you.
This has always worked for me.

Guys, thank you so much for all of the great replies.
I am headed into my normal office right now, I will report back this afternoon after the interview has ended.
Here's to it!

Acknowledge the cut when you go in and make light of it. I have cats and volunteer for an animal charity, sometimes I have scratches on my hands and I say straight away and people say "Oh I did wonder". it's done and dusted and they can focus on your answers not "I wonder how he got that"
In answering any questions in the interview breakdown your answer into three parts.
* What did I do?
* How did I do it?
* What was the end result / benefit / what difference did it make?
and try not to break wind loudly, that's normally a no no

I NAILED the interview. Definitely expecting to land the position.
