Title: Well I finally shaved it off...should I keep it like this?
Post by: Ryan2122 on August 01, 2015, 04:53:20 PM: Well I finally shaved (tried) to shave my head. I got some razor bumps pretty bad unfortunately, and I really just hate my head shape/how big my head is. Here's a few pictures...Any opinions?..

Post by: Razor X on August 01, 2015, 07:13:40 PM: Looks good. Give your skin a few days to recover and shave again. It will toughen up with time. Make sure you're using a good quality razor and shaving cream.

This is a stellar look for you. Without the hair peoples' eyes are drawn straight to your Baby Blues and those nice, straight dark eyebrows.

Post by: Aussie Sly Guy on August 02, 2015, 12:25:52 AM: Your head shape looks completely normal, mate. Over time, your head will get used to being shaved so it won't get irritated as easy, but more importantly you will develop your own technique.

And this morning's shave was more successful in closeness and lack of nicks than the last three days. So I know hope. :)

Post by: Nickd on August 13, 2015, 07:31:17 PM: I think it looks good. Just hang in there for 30 days. So much happens in 30 days, especially the first two weeks. You'll get the razor bumps under control, your skin will tan up, and your shaves will become quicker. Get some aftershave treatment such as bump patrol or some cream to help with the bumps. It's also good to exfoliate before shaving. Shave with the grain for the first week while your skin adjusts. It will all come together rather quickly and you'll be glad you stuck with it.
