Title: New to SBG, need inputs

Hello SBG-ers
Really thinking about going Sly or close buzz. Tired of Minox+fin ; visiting HCM and Bosley and get price quotes. MPB started when I was 16, I am 33 yo now, vegan, Indian. Fairly fit and agile, biking enthusiast.
Need some valuable tips and suggestions on the best I can do with what I have.
Go ahead and roast me with your inputs :-)

P.S the first pic with the Chi Bears hoodie is the buzz and trimmed beard version of me taken about 3 months back and 25 lb heavier

Welcome to SBG , your first picture with buzz cut and close trimmed beard looks great . With your head shape you could head shave as well.  The longer hair cut  I would not prefer. Makes you look  more noticeabley  bald and older. IMO.

Since nature already has you well on your way to being bald, you already have a pretty good idea of what you'll look like. So go ahead, shave it right off! You've got a great shaped head and good beard coverage too, which helps.

Get rid of the scraps, (hair), keep your facial hair well trimmed.

Your baldness has already exceed the point where I would recommend shaving it.  Keep the beard.
