Razor:  Lutz Slant w/ Weber Bulldog Handle

Blade:  Super Iridium

Soap:  Mike's Natural Soap:  Hungarian Lavender

Brush:  Semogue BC Texugo

Dessert:  Ice cube rub, refrigerated WH, refrigerated FINE fresh Vetiver

My 2nd shave with the Lutz Slant was even better because I paired it with a heavier handle (Weber Bulldog Handle) and it made a huge difference.  I liked it better with the heavier handle.  So far I can say this razor is milder then the 37C but in a good way.  However, if you pair it with a heavier handle such as the Weber Bulldog then it is a little more aggressive then the 37C.

Finally controlled myself enough to skip a day shaving, and it's amazing how much easier it was to shave. Used my 1954 Gillette DE razor with a feather blade. Did both face and head. This could very well be the smoothest shave yet! Looks and feels great. Going to enjoy showing off my shiny bald head today.

Good shave the past couple of days.  Decided to give cold water shaving a try, and tried an Astra SP in the slant.  Good Results.  I'll have to keep trying the cold water for a while.  2 days in and it seems to work for me, although it could just be the Astras too.

Prep:
•   Hot shower
•   Head & Face Wash: Clean & Clear exfoliant
•   Pre-Shave:  Taconic Pre-Shave Oil (also used lightly between passes)
•   Brush:  Van Der Hagen Boar Brush
•   Soap: Uberlather with Col. Conk Bay Rum, Liquid Glycerin Soap, and Gillette  Sensitive Shave Gel

Hardware:
•   Razor:  Merkur 37c
•   Blade:  Astra Superior Platinum

Technique:
•   Bowl lather
•   3 passes - WTG, XTG, GTX

Finish:
•   Cold rinse
•   Witch Hazel Astringent
•   Clubman Pinaud Original

Wow, Goatee. What made you sell your DEs? I have been on vacation and didn't bring a DE razor, just my Mach 3 and some goo in a can. I forgot how fast I could shave with my Mach. And I have to say, I've gotten some great shaves with the Mach and with only one pass!

That being said, I still love the whole wet shaving experience and look forward to my next DE shave on Saturday!

Razor:  iKON Shave Craft 101

Blade:  Feather

Soap:  Petal Pusher Fancies:  Coconut

Brush:  Semogue 830

Dessert:  Ice cube rub, refrigerated WH, refrigerated Osage Rub

This is my very 1st drive with the iKON Shave Craft 101.  It is a very mild razor.  Too early to tell but it gave a great shave.  For any one looking for a great, natural coconut scent, Petal Pusher Fancies is your shave soap.  It is also a great performer and it is very easy to lather.
