bbcin1999, great routine bro and welcome to Sly Bald Guys!  I'm glad we have a Tend Skin user.  Hopefully you can right a review of it for us.

Tyler,
I have used Tend Skin and it works well (kind of hard to get before the online sales). I am currently out and have been using 70% alcohol and it seems to be doing the trick. (too lazy to order more).

All in all not bad stuff and it really clears up the neck line!

Dudes, Glad to be on board.  Nice to chat with like minded people with the same appreciation for the bald look!

Tend Skins is my weapon of choice against the dreaded red bumps and ingrown hairs.
Definitely has alcohol, but I think the Salcylic Acid is the active ingredient.
Also Salcylic Acid in the in the clean and clear products. FYI Tend Skin will crystallize if left open...or where spilled.

Both are good for oily skin, prone to break outs and unsightly red bumps,  :o

My wife buys Tend Skin at Kamay Beauty Supply, for her bumps down there; but I use most of it. Wish they sold it at Target or Drug stores.

FYI...on and off BBC since 1999 but this time I'm committed to the daily routine.
Seems that the Bald Look is finally mainstream (we've come a long way since the 70's).
Glad we all like the Bald Look, the Bald Feel and the Balding Routine, I'm here to stay.

Welcome BBC... Nice routine!
Mine isn't quite as involved as yours.
I put hot water on
lather with the Edge Gel (the same stuff BBC uses)
Use my fusion power
wash the noggin'
put on Edge theuraputic cream for dry heads (like it for the pepermint oil)
Makes my head minty fresh!! and he smell!!
Or use the Headblade moisterizing lotion
(All the above was on sale at K-Mart store for half price except for the Headblade stuf and
it was $2.00 off)

Love being Sly and support it well BBC O0 O0

Dudes,

Checked it out and Tend Skin has acetysalcylic acid.
don't know what the acetyl group does but it works!

Skipped today, being bald is more work that most people think.
Tomorrow another close shave and Sat for a BDay party.
Found a Barber that does head and face shave for $15.
What a deal....

You guys look great@! This group is great!
Keep it up Baldies

So many positive comments!
I will use the pic as an avatar in yahoo!

Mine has switched up so much over the past month or so because I've been trying so many different products to try and get the best shave.  But since switching back to the HB and shower shaving I think I have finally got a good routine.  I get in shower, use real hot water, wash or exfolitate the dome depending which day(I only exfolitate with HeadShed twice a week), apply HeadSlick to dome and face, start by shaving face so that the headslick can work into the dome really good, then shave dome, put dome under real cold water for a little bit to help irritation and close pores, get out and pat dry, apply some rubbing alcohol to dome with cotton ball, then apply HeadLube Glossy.

Can't figure it out either.  Interested in trying Tend Skin out so checked out chemical name.  It's aspirin.  Maybe it relieves irritation the way it relieves pain.  Gonna have to try it.
