Title: Andis Profoil not charging.. Help?

Hi All,
Picked up a new Andis Profoil electric shaver off ebay, used once and loved the close shave. BUT, attempted to charge, no green light lit and will only work with power supply attached. Not ideal as doesn't make it as portable..!

Open up the unit and all connections seem intact, including all solder points. Can anyone suggest anything to fix this problem please?

I have had to return two other andis products to the company.  Both times they sent out a new one ASAP.

There must be a barber using this shaver that experienced the same problem? Can anyone suggest a fix?

I am a Barber. And, like I said, I sent it back to Andis.  If the unit is less than a year old they will send you a new one.
