i would like to know if anyone has allergies and do you do to make it better. i have year around allergies,the sneezing is not bad,its the dizzy spells i get the next morning.i am on a prescription flonase which i take at night.its o.k. but i want the dizzy spells to stop.my doctor says to keep taking the flonase and isnt too concerne about the dizzy spells which happen after the build up of fluid in the nasel area.does any have any ideas i could try on my own that would help.
