New, third Carnival and always something new.  The ladies on the floats love to throw stuff to babies--that's understandable, and SLY guys, the shining noggin brings down the nice beads from the ladies,  O0 
& I didn't flash anything other than the noggin either guys, for those of you that "know" that tradition ;D ;D ;D
