Hi everyone!
I am not sure if I have ever indroduced my self.
I am 28 years old Illustrator.
I have always loved the bald look and few years ago started shaving my head for summer. Last summer I removed my eyebrows and lashes to.
What do you think? Am I CRAZY?

If you are happy with the look, it doesn't pose a danger to your health, and it does not stand in your way of earning a living, then there is nothing at all crazy about it in my opinion.
I doubt there are many men who can pull that look off, sir, but you do it very well.

Are you crazy? No. I think you great shaved. Not a fan of shaved brows myself, but your head, your choice!

You have a unique style and you pull it off well. There was a guy that posted here some time back that also went brow-less. Do you describe yourself as crazy? I think it's just another hair choice, nothing permanent, no harm done, so I would not call you crazy. I like your shaved head with a beard photo too.
I have to ask, do the brows require daily shaving with the dome? When you meet people, is it the first thing they notice, or do you have to point it out to them? When I look at your photos, I don't think I would have noticed if it were not for the before and after photos. How do you take care of the lashes? I guess you now avoid getting the stray eyelash in your eye, so there is one positive other than looks.

The look is fine. But doing the lashes is a little risky so near the eye, They also serve a purpose as a defense for objects that may enter the eye they make you blink. Enough said the look is good.

The photos are great. I wondered how you got rid of the lashes! Hey, it's a look. If you like it and are happy with it, then cool. You're not crazy!

It looks good, man! Welcome.....FWIW, I have had my eyebrows trimmed, but I don't think I would shave them....Dude, you rock the tan and the look, IMO!

Your not crazy. It is just a style. But IMHO you have strikingly dark eyebrows that really set off your shaved head. Your shaved dome with the dark eyebrows and a scruffy beard is really bad ass! It makes you look "dangerous". Grow them back!

I love this look and have done the same thing myself a few times. The feel and look are a thrill, especially the first few shaves. It really takes that fresh smooth bald feeling to another level. You look great with all your looks, do what you want!

Browless isn't my style but it looks good on you. Rock on!

I also shave my brows, have done so for some years. In the process lashes get really trimmed buy not shaved. Enjoy having no hair.

Not every guy could do this, you it really works for you. With most it would look contrived, for you make it totally natural and own it.

Agree with every word. Brows and eyelashes grow back very slowly so it's not just a look, but a commitment. If anyone is considering this, I'd ask someone who can analyze the shape of your head, in fact your whole body, and help you decide if it's a good idea. My own guess is that the taller you are, the better it looks. Also, at my decrepit age, my brows and lashes have retreated to a colour that isn't really visible. But, again, the man pulls it off and very well...To truly appreciate the difference, one needs to look at his before and after pictures; He really made a substantial change.

The bald and browless style is an acquired taste but you wear it really well, I say the same to jp_bald too.

Hello Bizarro, thanks for the comment, I really go completely smooth is for me, is a great look, and I think a great experience, you still shaving your head and your eyebrows? really looks great on you, and as we all become infected the bald look without eyebrows, everyone should intentaro ever, it's great!

Crazy? Never. Bold? Yes. The good thing is that the look really works for you. Good for you. Everyone couldn't pull that look off. You do it well.

The only time I went both bald and Browless was when I was living in a monastery in Thailand. the night before my ordination one of the monks sat me in a plastic lawn chair under tree and with no hesithation he proceeded to shave my head and eyebrows. I had to keep it that way for the duration.
But I didn’t care about how I looked. It was an act of submission, of obdience of humility, and of liberation. I learned how to live with my only posessions being my robes, my razor and my begging bowl. I think that I need to get back to that.

I really can not imagine that experience, it must be very special, unfortunately we have become accustomed to living full of unnecessary material objects, all promoted by the big industries that are destroying the planet, I wish one day I could live that experience that you have lived in Thailand

slybeard, and what do you want to try? live in a monastery in Thailand or shave your eyebrows? jejejeeje whatever you want to try, you do not need to be very brave just want to do the things you want to do, do it

just remember guys they make you lose your beard before you even enter the monastery my teacher said the monks would not know what to do with the facial beard so they stopped off at the Barbershop by the way from the bus station to the monastery and dad told me to go in to get it shaved off. they also asked you to remove all your body jewelry for you and to the monastery as it is distracting even even if you’re only there for an eight or 10 day retreat.
there is a monastery in Thailand that is set up specifically for Westerners and not everyone ordains but even there if you’re going to stay more than a week they require you to shave your head and facial hair

but I am curious Bizzaro; do you like the look, or is tt that you enjoy the freedom from the hair? O is it the cleanlness that you enjoy? If so, why do you keep any body hair at all, such as your forearms, etc. I would think you’d want to be totally clean and smooth.
