Your picture is not showing up for me, Warhawk.  That's disappointing, too, because I always enjoy your pics.

This was my first time shaving with a Fat Boy.  My first 2 passes were at #6, but the final ATG pass was #9.  It handled a new Feather quite nicely.  This was, yet again, a perfect shave.  I didn't need the alum block.  I just went straight to the Speick splash.

Prep:
•   Hot shower (I shave in the shower)
•   Head & Face Wash: Lucky Tiger Face Wash
•   Brush:  Omega Pro 48 (boar)
•   Soap: Proraso green

Hardware:
•   Razor:  '59 Fat Boy
•   Blade:  Feather Hi-STAINLESS Platinum Coated

Technique:
•   Bowl lather
•   Head first: WTG, XTG, ATG
•   Face:  WTG, XTG, ATG

Finish:
•   Warm tap water rinse
•   Speick splash
•   RazoRock XXX Artisan Aftershave Milk

I thought I'd give a realistic pic of the aftermath as opposed to a staged one.

@120:  Thanks for the kind words.  I just noticed (last night) that several of my SOTD pics have "disappeared" for some strange reason.  I contacted Tyler and hopefully I can get it solved.  I posted my image on www.postimage.org these past several days.  What web host do you place your pics?  I think I might try out www.photobucket.com and try that one.  Matter of fact... I'm gonna do a test pic right now.  BTW... I love your SOTD with the Fatboy.  That Fatboy is in great condition.  Is it a re-plate?

Here is my lather from yesterday's SOTD:

For those who haven't tried Cella... it is an Italian shave croap (cream/soap).  It provides nice lather, cushion, glide, and the fresh almond, cherry scent is invigorating.

Yes, I have 2 Fatboys: The rhodium replate in the pic, and one that is stock in a case that is also in perfect condition.  I'll probably never use the cased one.

Tuesday, September 2, 2014 SOTD

Razor:  FaTip w/ UFO Handle

Blade:  Feather

Soap:  Strop Shoppe Barbershoppe

Brush:  Semogue 2012 Special Edition

Dessert:  Ice cube rub, refrigerated WH, refrigerated Osage Rub

Had a great, super, smooth shave tonight.  For anyone wanting to try a FaTip razor, I say if you like an aggressive razor then this is the one for you.  It is not as aggressive as the 2011 Muhle R41 or the 2013 Muhle R41.

No picture again Mel!!  I thought it was my browser until I read back a bit in the thread.

I'm a week into growing a beard so no SOTD pics for me.  Although maybe I should post my next only SOTD pics....

Enjoying all the participation and pics in this thread gents.  Maybe I'll get back in once I get my Cobra Killer razor in the next few months and can't resist shaving the whole face with it!!  ;)

Hi Gents:  This is my SOTD for Sept. 2, 2014.  Please let me know if you see it.  I see all my pics but apparently some of my pics are "disappearing".  Do you see this pic?

I couldn't see it from my work PC (Windows 97), but I can see it now from home on Windows 8.0, Windows 97, and Windows XP machines.

All of these are Chrome (including work PC).
