WOW..... can't believe this coming august 24th will b my 4 month anniversary of being sly. i just want 2 say thanks 2 everyone 4 pushing me over the edge of that fence. it's definitely greener on the other side! O0 i am not a internet forum type of person but this site is different. u guys rock. O0

actually i lurked around the sbg forum a couple of weeks b4 i did the deed in april & officially registered w/ the sbg forum in june 2007.

congrat., warhawk on your 4th anniversary of being bald. its been 33 yrs. for me.i was completely bald back in 1973, which wasnt the style back then, but i couldnt help it, mother nature had something to say about that.

A lifer for sure. And you're right, it does seem so natural now and I really don't think about it as being new or unusual. I think the lifer part was settled after about the first week.

Congrats on the four months and being an Ultimate Sly Guy. I'm strickly a Newbie, and I assumed you were a couple of years or more, & I thought the same about SLYinKC & Arnie too. Guess I'm not a "good judge of character!" Any observations on how your perceptions of Slyness have changed or developed over this time that you want to share?

Wow, I just realized the 20th will be my 8 month anniversary. I know I have mentioned it before but I decided to make this year my year of change. I finally broke down and have contacts now instead of glasses. Bad thing is I can't wear my $150.00 prescription sunglasses anymore, but maybe in the summer months when I can hit the beach again. I have achieved so much this year that a New Year's resolution seems kinda mute at this time, but I still have some time to think about it.... will wait for Warhawk to post up a topic about it and think about it then!! O0

Congrats Joe! How are the holiday travels affecting you?
Thanks, Ty. It's been good so far, some days it's dead and others pretty steady.
We had a steady flow of people after the Cardinals- Browns game, and I actually got to see the great Jim Brown come through (He's Sly).
I think it will pick up after next week though. We'll see. I am doing well and hope to be certified today , if all of the process falls into place.
