Title: Working out
Post by: coachryan91 on February 29, 2012, 08:15:37 PM
How many of you guys feel like working out can increase your confidence?  I am a firm believer in this.  Without working out regularly I would not be as confident as I am.  Anyone tried any new workout programs lately.  I'm currently doing P90X2 and it's awesome so far!

O0 First, I'm new to this community. Second, my English is so bad.

Weight Lifting is a lifestyle combined with rest and nutrition. It's really hard the first weeks but is the best to your physical appearance, confidence and health.

I've been training about 3 years. I recommended workouts about 3 times per week with just compound movements like: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Dips, and Military Press. With these exercises you would build muscle and you're gonna seem to Vin Diesel or Jason Statham.
