I think the Headblade is usually great but the damn device keeps falling out recently.
Looking for alternatives.

What's falling out?

I prefer using the Gillette Mach 3. Quality razor and easy to maneuver.

I second the Mach 3. I've tried a few other things and the Mach 3 is the only one that doesn't make me bleed like the elevator scene in the Shining.

I've used Cobra razors CR1000 bought online a couple of years ago. I think they're still around and can be picked up on Amazon. I thought they were pretty good and reordered a few times.
