Title: What Makes You Go MPV
Post by: K J 2 on May 25, 2015, 07:47:54 PM
Hi K J Here,

I have a hairstyle question for every one.  If you have a full head of black hair with bangs, what or who makes you decide to go MPV for a change.

So, I looked up MPV

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MPV (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MPV)

Did not see anything there about hair or baldness.  Help me out.

MPB is genetic, being sly and shaving your head is a choice.

I think K J meant BBC or Bald By Choice.

If that was what he meant, I lack the experience on which to base a comment.

OK, if he meant BBC, I didn't have black hair, I had a full head of silver grey hair.

1. I never had hair shorter than a medium flattop, and wanted to see what it would be like to have a short buzzcut.

2. I started seeing alot of guys with shaved heads, including my neighbor, and thought it looked really good.

3. So, one morning at 4am(couldn't sleep all night in anticipation) I got my clippers out and buzzed my hair to a 1/4 inch buzz. I hated how that looked, so I put the 00000 blade on and clipped shaved my head. I figured it was so close to bald, I got in the shower and shaved my head with a razor.

4. I got so many compliments I decided to keep it bald for a week or so. That was 2 years ago. Still shaving daily.

No one decides to have MPB (male pattern baldness), it is genetics.  But if you mean to say why someone would shave his hair into a MPB style (shaved on to with typical MPB fringe), I cannot answer that.  Unless the person is an actor and needed to play a part with that style.

Like Tommy Lee Jones had done when he won the Oscar.

I think KJ2 means tipeo = typo, ment = meant, bold = bald, dose = does.

Must be large fingers on the tiny keyboard on a smart phone or an aggressive spell checker that keeps changing what he types.

At least we know what you mean.

Keep posting.  It's worth having your input.

I can't comment on MPB, I"m BBC. Full head of hair.  I enjoy the look and feel.

I believe he ment if you were bbc , why would you do it ? Because he said "if you had a full head of hair".
Unfortunately I can't answer that since I have mpv .

Well, if you were a samurai in the 1600's it was required my law.

But seriously, there are people that like all sorts of different things. I've seen enough diversity to not be surprised to find that there are guys who like the MPB look and cut their hair accordingly. To each.

If there's a Yahoo group discussing it, maybe that'd be a better place to ask?
