Hello guys!
Today I bring you my history with head shaving on a barber shop.
Today I went to the barber, not feeling like the normal buzz cut I get every week for 5 euros, but the head shave itself.
The horror started immediately as He only squirts my head with plenty of water and that's it!!!!
No foam, gel or cream just plane water!!!
Result is I got nicked all over the place!!
I already put nivea sensitive bal on my head but i think its kinda bad, today I wont leave my house!!!!
Since I see alot of red spots on my head I see a skin irritation coming!!!

Sorry you had such a bad experience with this "barber". But don't give up on a barbershop headshave. Shop around and ask two things: 1. Do they do barbershop headshaves and 2. What tools do they use. Some barbers, especially when starting out, prefer to avoid razors and may use a good foil shaver which comes fairly close in most cases.

It's a shame you had such a bad experience. As Harry said, don't give up on the idea of a professional shave. A good barber will make the razor glide over your scalp and will leave you with a very close shave and no nicks.
