 GIVING UP HAIR FOR LENT ? ?
For those of you on the fence about going sly due to nature or the urge, just remember this is Christian Lent Symbolism and a perfect time to sacrifice hair (40 days of Lent and sly).  Then for Easter, you will have a perfect Egg-Head !  Think about it !   ;)

I was at church last night for Ash Wednesday and the priest mentioned that it used to be customary for Christians to receive ashes on the top of the head, but it was changed to the forehead because the symbolic sign was invisible (lost in the hair) on most people.  So a bald head at the start of Lent would have been ideal for the old custom!
